Advantages

Great reduction of job changeover

Plate cylinder and blanket cylinder employ our patent-pending metal-sleeve structure. This makes format-changes much easier compared with conventional cassette system, and thus contributes to the reduction of job changeover times.

Low energy consumption

By using energy-efficient LED-UV, power consumption during printing is cut by around 70% compared with that of conventional UV dryer.

Film-capability

LED-UV generates very low-level heat upon drying, so it is possible to print heat-sensitive substrates including unsupported films. This advantage provides label converters with an opportunity to participate in flexible packaging market.

Main Features

Low environmental burden

LED-UV is a very environmentally friendly solution because it does not use mercury and lamp lifetime is much longer than conventional UV. Furthermore there is no emission of ozone upon drying.

Superior print quality

Compared with flexo or letterpress, offset offers much higher print quality but with much lower plate cost. Being superior in dot reproduction and half-tone expression, offset adds further value to printed products.

Combination printing capability

In addition to offset printing units, a variety of value-adding units such as varnishing, laminating, foil-stamping as well as processing units like perforating and punching are available to be added on a single press.
